Has anyone heard about Astros prospect Jorge De Leon?

Just watched a Lexington Legends Single-A team and he's their closer, also on the Astros 40-man roster. Had a good hard 92 - 96mph fastball and a 79-82mph changeup or maybe a slider, couldn't really tell on the break from where I was sitting. He got the save and allowed no hits on the inning. Impressed considering the average velocity for everyone else that day was 84-88mph and there were numerous pitchers from both teams throughout the game.
