Diet working, but I feel horrible?

Wow, it sounds like you are overdoing the exercise a bit. No wonder you are miserable. You may need to cut back on what you are doing as it's not really sustainable. If you don't enjoy it, you will give up soon. If you are hungry before bed then try having a banana as it helps release serotonin which helps you sleep and improves your mood. I always get hungry at night and could never sleep on an empty stomach. Eating a big meal right before bed isn't a good idea because you will digest it but it might keep you awake. But a Banana or a bowl of sugar free or low sugar cereal is not a problem. Keep up the good work and remember that losing the weight slowly is the best way.
