How to enjoy working out?

hi there, I have been having this same trouble since forever. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Till a friend show me these tips, I was skeptical at first. there was a bit of improvement for the first 2 weeks, but I was amazing. After losing that first bit of weight, which was so uplifting, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I can't believe I hadn't try this sooner.
